OH Care Settlements

Once you have chosen your new property and paid your deposit, we will keep in touch with you regularly and keep you up to date with communication from the developer advising of key milestones and expected settlement.

We will work with you on with any issues that arise or any pre-settlement questions you may have. We will be there with you and manage the pre-settlement inspection, assist with reporting of defects, arranging access for your bank valuer, collection of your keys and handover from the developer in time for settlement for both owner occupiers and investors.

On most sites we have exclusive access for our rental and property management team prior to settlement, making rental of your investment property seamless.
