About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and switched‑on Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to make an impact.
In this role, you’ll help drive brand development and growth with a strong focus on lead generation across an exciting mix of residential, land, and built‑form property developments.
You’ll work across integrated marketing campaigns, digital channels, and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver stand‑out results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver end‑to‑end project marketing support, including digital integration, EDM and SMS communications, and property portallistings.
- Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and execution of content across multiple channels.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, customer data, and digital metrics, providing insights and reports.
- Work collaboratively with sales, project delivery, marketing teams, and external partners to support campaign and project outcomes.
- Monitor market research, competitor activity, and campaign trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or actively working towards one).
- 1–3 years’ hands-on experience as a Marketing Assistant or Coordinator, ready to hit the ground running.
- Proven experience working in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Solid working knowledge of Instagram, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Experience using EDM and CRM platforms, with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud highly regarded.
- Creative flair supported by experience with Adobe Creative Suite (highly regarded).
- Competent Microsoft Office skills (basic to intermediate).

About the Role
Working alongside an experienced Estate Manager, you will learn from the ground up how to transact real estate in this dynamic, challenging, but rewarding industry. You will learn a variety of skills, not limited to but including understanding the dynamics of buyer demographics, marketing, promoting and developing business.
You will work within a niche part of real estate, off the plan sales! Where your focus will be on selling, and listing takes a back step.
Weekend work is mandatory.
This is a Sales Associate position with a focus on learning and development for those wanting to start their career in the new homes and land market.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Previous experience in a client facing role preferred e.g., retail, hospitality
- A driver’s licence or the ability to travel, if required (meetings, training and events).
- A passion for customer service and a career in Real Estate with a strong desire to learn and progress your career
- A high level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done!
