ReGen Living is Oliver Hume’s flagship Residential Land Lease Community. Located in Waurn Ponds, this masterplanned 55+ living community will set a new standard amongst the competitive set.
We currently have an opportunity for a proven Customer Service Professional to join the team and help bring this amazing community to life.
The Homeowner Journey Coordinator is the primary point of contact for purchasers after they have signed their contracts and are preparing for settlement. In this role, you will guide residents through the final stages of their journey, ensuring they feel confident, informed and supported as they get ready to move into their new home and become part of the community.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service & Communication - Guide purchasers through the construction of their new home and the key steps involved in establishing life within the community. Settlement & Home Handover - Liaise with homeowners and agents regarding progress and timelines
- Home Maintenance Coordination - Work with builders to record and resolve home maintenance issues
- Community Onboarding - Coordinate New Home Introduction Meetings
- General Administration
What Does Success Look Like?
The ReGen Living team share a collective goal to deliver communities that our homeowners are proud to live in. To join this team the successful candidate will have:
- Experience in land lease communities (desirable), new home builds, real estate, property, customer service or community operations
- Strong communication, empathy and customer-care mindset
- Ability to coordinate across sales, construction and community teams
- Microsoft Office skills + experience with DocuSign (or similar)
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Willingness to learn new technology platforms
- Police check

About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing property management team.
This role would work on the day-to-day management of their allocated residential rental portfolio. Our Property Managers are provided with significant team support to complete leasing activities and routine inspections. This means that our Property Managers are freed up to be in the office and doing what they do best – building great relationships with our clients!
About You!
We are looking for a property management superstar who has:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Current Real Estate Qualification
- Unrestricted Drivers Licence and a reliable car
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships,
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Motivated and strong initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

About the Role
Working alongside an experienced Estate Manager, you will learn from the ground up how to transact real estate in this dynamic, challenging, but rewarding industry. You will learn a variety of skills, not limited to but including understanding the dynamics of buyer demographics, marketing, promoting and developing business.
You will work within a niche part of real estate, off the plan sales! Where your focus will be on selling, and listing takes a back step.
Weekend work is mandatory.
This is a Sales Associate position with a focus on learning and development for those wanting to start their career in the new homes and land market.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Previous experience in a client facing role preferred e.g., retail, hospitality
- A driver’s licence or the ability to travel, if required (meetings, training and events).
- A passion for customer service and a career in Real Estate with a strong desire to learn and progress your career
- A high level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done!
