Paul commenced with Oliver Hume in 1997 as a sales executive and subsequently progressed through the management structure to the position of project director.

Having transitioned into the company with six years of experience in the building and construction landscape, Paul’s interpersonal skills and strong relationships with the wider building network enabled him to create and maintain a builder database in excess of 150 reputable individuals.

The value he brings to clients incorporates maximising revenue through his speciality within the planning process and his innovative and cost-efficient performance management, backed with high-level market and product knowledge. As project director, he is responsible for managing the sales and marketing initiatives for many of Melbourne’s most highly acclaimed residential and new homes operations, coordinating estate launches, retail pricing, customer service processes, providing client reports, analysis of markets and demographics using the Group’s renowned market research capabilities and maximising the digital space to extract intelligence and to deliver superior service to Oliver Hume’s client base.

Additionally, Paul’s executive experience comprises the management of both public and private companies on a corporate level, providing him with a rare breadth of knowledge of a range of environments within the industry.

With strong relationships across the industry through development, architectural, design and government levels, Paul efficiently manages the transition of residential projects from inception through to completion. Actively liaising with the entire spectrum of the development industry, Paul maintains strong relationships with Melbourne’s leading home builders, often uniting them with development clientele to achieve optimal results for multiple parties.

Paul’s philosophy encompasses facilitating long-term relationships with clients by providing full life cycle support throughout each project. His referral programs are implemented and measured to drive positive customer acquisition and reinforce the strength of his networks throughout Australia.
