Pimpama is located 48km south-east of Brisbane's Central Business District (CBD). Its local government area is the City of Gold Coast. The last remaining rural town on the Pacific Motorway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Pimpama has a large area of undeveloped land. With the urban development of the region, Pimpama's population has experienced rapid growth.
People
Pimpama’s population is dominated by established, older and maturing families.
Lifestyle
Pimpama’s residents benefit from being close to Surfers Paradise beaches and the Gold Coast's most popular fun parks including Dreamworld and White Water World only minutes away. The Brisbane CBD is also just a 40 minute car ride away.
Helensvale Westfield Shopping Centre is also nearby as is the Gainsborough Greens golf course.
An approved $1 billion development of the Coomera Town Centre is also set to include a Westfield shopping centre, cafes and restaurants, commercial offices, recreation and sporting facilities.
